Dow Jones News Services Launch on Bloomberg Terminal

Bloomberg Terminal subscribers now have broad access to thousands of Dow Jones news stories including Dow Jones Newswires, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and WSJ Pro.

The roll out also includes content from News Corp’s The New York Post at no extra charge.

Bloomberg’s investment now aggregates Dow Jones’ world-class news coverage and analysis on the Bloomberg Terminal alongside Bloomberg’s own award-winning editorial content and stories from thousands of other top news sources.

“We are continuously working to streamline access to the news and information sources that our customers need,” said Ted Merz, global head of news product for Bloomberg. “We’re making a significant investment to provide Dow Jones content in our aggregated news services to add even more value to the Bloomberg Terminal.”

“This agreement will significantly extend the reach and impact of Dow Jones’ trusted, high-quality journalism, enabling us to reach a larger total audience,” said Chris Lloyd, head of Dow Jones’ professional information business. “Giving customers the ability to access our content from within the Bloomberg Terminal service will greatly enhance the user experience, while supporting their trading and investing strategies.”
