CNN has confirmed that it will exclusively interview President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris – their first such interview since the election.
CNN’s Jake Tapper will conduct the interviews, with previews of it airing on CNN’s “The Lead” in the 4 p.m. ET hour and “The Situation Room” in the 5 and 6 p.m. ET hour on Thursday.
The full interview will air later on Thursday, during an hour-long special at 9pm ET.
It will be simulcast on CNN International and in Spanish on CNN en Español.
CNN has also confirmed that the interview will take place in Wilmington, Delaware – Joe Biden’s hometown – and will be held at the same theatre where the President-elect unveiled several top members of his administration.
