Shutterstock has announced that Alfonse Upshaw, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Kaiser Foundation Plans and Hospitals (Kaiser Permanente), has been appointed to the company's board of directors and will chair the audit committee of the board.
